Fazenda Capim Branco one of the oldest Estate Coffees in Brazil!
Considered one of the oldest Estate Coffees in Brazil, Fazenda Capim Branco started producing coffee in 1901. The microclimate has very particular characteristics: during the harvest period, from May to September, the temperature varies from 14 °C to 27 °C almost without rain. In the off-season, the average temperature is higher: between 18 °C and 29 °C; and the rain is more abundant.
At an average altitude of 1.100 meters, we cultivate traditional varietals such as Catuaí Amarelo and new ones, in our experimental field: Pacamara, Gesha, Catucaí-Açú, Arara, Paraíso, Acauã Amarelo, Catiguá-MG2, Catimor, Guará, Laurina and Maragogipe , planted in November 2019. And the high quality of the coffee beans is a joint result of crop care and best post-harvest practices that have evolved year after year.
