The next harvest is coming!

Our hope is to select the best fruits so that our partners can offer their customers an unforgettable drink, with the maximum expression of our terroirs. And one of our differentials is our mapping process.
We harvest in each plot the first fruits that have already matured and select different post-harvest processes to process them (fermentation, drying, storage, among others). Based on the mapping, we have a guide to what is the best process to be carried out in each of our plots, with the objective of enhancing the sensory profile of our coffees (aroma, flavor, acidity, body, among others). In this way, our partners will share even more the experience of savoring an Estate Coffee.
